Il a été convenu entre les parties que le Bailleur louera au Locataire le logement tel que décrit ci-dessous dans les conditions suivantes:
It has been agreed between the parties that the Lessor shall lease to the Tenant the accommodation as described below under the following conditions:
1. OBJET DU CONTRAT DE LOCATION
Le logement est loué meublé à titre de « location courte durée » pour la période indiquée ci-dessous. Le logement est situé à l’adresse indiqué dans la section Details.
1. PURPOSE OF THE LEASING AGREEMENT
The accommodation is rented furnished as a « short term rental » for the period shown below. The accommodation is located at the address indicated in section Details.
2. CONDITIONS DE LA LOCATION
Le Bailleur loue au Preneur le logement pendant la période indiquée ci-dessous. Le séjour est non renouvelable. Le Preneur s’engage expressément à avoir intégralement libéré le logement lors de la date du checkout au plus tard à l’heure du checkout indiqué dans la section Details, et à remettre au Bailleur les clefs.
Le nombre de personnes présentes est indiqué dans la section Details. Lors du début de la location, le Bailleur remettra au Preneur les clefs et les instructions relatives au logement.
Les Parties ont convenu de fixer le prix de la location indiqué ci-dessous pour l’intégralité de la durée du séjour.
Afin de procéder à la réservation du logement, le Preneur doit retourner au Bailleur ce présent contrat de location signé. Le Preneur devra montrer lors de l’arrivée sa pièce d’identité au Bailleur.
2. RENTAL CONDITIONS
Lessor leases to the Lessee the accommodation for the period indicated below. The stay is non-renewable. The Lessee expressly agrees to have fully released the dwelling on the date of the checkout at the latest at the time of the checkout indicated in section Details, and to deliver the keys to the Lessor.
The number of persons present is indicated in section Details. At the beginning of the lease, the Lessor will provide the Lessee with the keys and the instructions relating to the lodging.
The Parties have agreed to fix the rental price indicated below for the entire length of the stay.
In order to proceed with the reservation of the accommodation, the Lessee must return to the Landlord this signed rental agreement. The Lessee must show his ID to the Landlord upon arrival.
3. CAUTION
La veille de l’entrée dans les lieux, le Preneur autorise le Bailleur à effectuer une caution (empreinte carte bancaire) d’un montant indiqué dans la section Details afin de couvrir les dommages et/ou dégradations du logement et du mobilier et objets garnissant le logement causés par le Preneur, ainsi que les pertes de clefs ou d’objets.
Cette caution sera sera restitué au Preneur 48 heures après le checkout sous réserve que le logement soit restitué dans son état initial lors de la restitution des clefs.
3. DEPOSIT
On the day before entry into the premises, the Lessee authorizes the Landlord to make a deposit (borrowed by a bank card) in the amount indicated in section Details to cover damage and / or damage to the accommodation and furniture the accommodation caused by the Tenant, as well as the loss of keys or objects.
This deposit will be returned to the Lessee 48 hours after the checkout, provided that the accommodation is returned to its original condition upon return of the keys.
4. OBLIGATIONS DU PRENEUR
Les animaux et la consommation de tabac ne sont pas autorisés dans le logement.
Pas de bruit de nature à gêner les voisins.
Utilisation d’Internet en respectant les lois Hadopi.
Le Preneur ne pourra exercer aucun recours contre le Bailleur en cas de vol et dégradations dans le logement.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSOR
Animals and tobacco consumption are not allowed in the accommodation.
No noise of nature to bother the neighbors.
Use of the Internet respecting the Hadopi laws.
The Lessee can not exercise any right against the Lessor in the event of theft and damage to the accommodation.
5. ACCES INTERNET
« Le Preneur, à l’accès à internet, s’engage à ne pas utiliser cet accès à des fins de reproduction, de représentation, de mise à disposition ou de communication au public d’œuvres ou d’objets protégés par un droit d’auteur ou par un droit voisin, tels que des textes, images, photographies, œuvres musicales, œuvres audiovisuelles, logiciels et jeux vidéo, sans autorisation.Le Preneur est informé qu’un logiciel de partage, lorsqu’il est connecté à internet, peut mettre à disposition automatiquement des fichiers téléchargés. Si un logiciel de partage a été utilisé pour télécharger des œuvres protégées, il est donc préférable de le désactiver.
Le Preneur est également tenu de se conformer à la politique de sécurité définie par le Bailleur ainsi qu’aux règles d’utilisation du réseau et du matériel informatique.
Il est rappelé à cet égard que le titulaire d’un accès à internet en l’espèce du Bailleur, est tenu de sécuriser cet accès afin qu’il ne soit pas utilisé à des fins de reproduction, de représentation, de mise à disposition ou de communication au public d’œuvres ou d’objets protégés par un droit d’auteur ou par un droit voisin, sous peine d’engager sa responsabilité pénale.
Cette responsabilité du titulaire de l’accès n’exclut en rien celle du Preneur qui peut se voir reprocher un délit de contrefaçon (article L. 335-3 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle) ».
5. INTERNET ACCESS
« The Lessee, on access to the Internet, undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communicating to the public works or objects protected by copyright the author or a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games without authorization. The Taker is informed that a sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically download downloaded files. If a sharing software has been used to download protected works, it is best to disable it.
The Lessee is also obliged to comply with the security policy defined by the Lessor as well as with the rules of use of the network and the computer equipment.
It is recalled in this connection that the owner of an access to the Internet in this case of the Lessor is obliged to secure this access so that it is not used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or of communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, under penalty of incurring criminal responsibility.
This responsibility of the holder of the access in no way excludes that of the Lessee who may be charged with an offense of counterfeiting (Article L. 335-3 of the Code of Intellectual Property) ».
6. ANNULATION
Le client pourra annuler gratuitement sa réservation jusqu’à 7 jours avant l’arrivée. Le client devra verser le montant total de la réservation s’il annule dans les 7 jours précédant l’arrivée.
6. CANCELLATION
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. The full amount of the reservation will be charged if canceled within 7 days of arrival.
