La Fleur de Sel, very beautiful cozy and spacious 2‑3 bedroom apartment (T3/4) of 80 m² + 12 m² covered terrace and 6 m² balcony. The apartment is located 300 m from the lagoon. It comprises 2 air‑conditioned bedrooms and a living room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 WCs. It is equipped with 2 beds 140 x 190 and a sofa bed able to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, basic kitchen supplies available, microwave and conventional oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, TV + WIFI, bed linen and towels provided.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be completed no later than 11:00 AM. However, we can arrange different check-in/check-out times if needed.

Are bath towels provided?

Yes, bath towels are always provided.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals very much but they are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The end-of-stay cleaning fees included in your booking also cover laundry costs.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1 - Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental site. By booking accommodation on our site, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2 - Booking and Payment

The booking becomes effective upon making the reservation.

3 - Cancellation

Any cancellation must be notified in writing.

4 - Check-in and Check-out

The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

5 - Use of the Premises

The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance caused to the neighborhood may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund.

6 - Security Deposit

A security deposit will be required prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is observed.

7 - Liability

We disclaim all liability in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the tenant's personal property. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him or her or their guests during the rental period.

8 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court of the location of the rented property.
