Very nice 2-bedroom apartment (F3) of 48m2 with a 14m2 covered terrace (varangue) with no overlooking, ideally located 50m on foot from La Saline les Bains beach, accessible by a path just in front of the residence. The fully air-conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor of a very quiet, high-end residence and close to all amenities. There are 2 private, secure parking spaces. It comprises a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a mezzanine with a 140cm bed.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be completed no later than 11:00 AM. However, we can arrange different check-in/check-out times if needed.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bath towels are always provided.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals very much but they are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment but smoking is permitted on the terrace.
The end-of-stay cleaning fees included in your booking also cover laundry costs.
1 - Subject
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental site. By booking accommodation on our site, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2 - Booking and Payment
The booking becomes effective upon making the reservation.
3 - Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
4 - Check-in and Check-out
The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5 - Use of the Premises
The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance caused to the neighborhood may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund.
6 - Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is observed.
7 - Liability
We disclaim all liability in the event of theft, loss, or damage to the tenant's personal property. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by him or her or their guests during the rental period.
8 - Disputes
Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court of the location of the rented property.
