It has been agreed between the parties that the Lessor shall lease to the Tenant the accommodation as described below under the following conditions:

1. PURPOSE OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT

The accommodation is rented furnished as a «short-term rental» for the period indicated below. The accommodation is located at the address indicated in the Details section.

2. RENTAL CONDITIONS

The Lessor rents to the Lessee the accommodation for the period indicated below. The stay is non-renewable. The Lessee expressly agrees to have fully vacated the accommodation on the checkout date at the latest by the checkout time indicated in the Details section, and to hand the keys to the Lessor.

The number of persons present is indicated in the Details section. At the beginning of the rental, the Lessor will provide the Lessee with the keys and the instructions relating to the accommodation.

The Parties have agreed to set the rental price indicated below for the entire duration of the stay.

In order to proceed with the reservation of the accommodation, the Lessee must return this signed rental agreement to the Lessor. The Lessee must show their ID to the Lessor upon arrival.

2. RENTAL CONDITIONS

Lessor leases to the Lessee the accommodation for the period indicated below. The stay is non-renewable. The Lessee expressly agrees to have fully released the dwelling on the date of the checkout at the latest at the time of the checkout indicated in section Details, and to deliver the keys to the Lessor.

The number of persons present is indicated in section Details. At the beginning of the lease, the Lessor will provide the Lessee with the keys and the instructions relating to the lodging.

The Parties have agreed to fix the rental price indicated below for the entire length of the stay.

In order to proceed with the reservation of the accommodation, the Lessee must return to the Landlord this signed rental agreement. The Lessee must show his ID to the Landlord upon arrival.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT

The day before entry into the premises, the Lessee authorizes the Lessor to take a security deposit (credit card imprint) in an amount indicated in the Details section to cover damage and/or deterioration of the accommodation and the furniture and items in the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as loss of keys or items.

This security deposit will be returned to the Lessee 48 hours after checkout provided that the accommodation is returned in its initial condition when the keys are returned.

3. DEPOSIT

On the day before entry into the premises, the Lessee authorizes the Landlord to make a deposit (borrowed by a bank card) in the amount indicated in section Details to cover damage and / or damage to the accommodation and furniture the accommodation caused by the Tenant, as well as the loss of keys or objects.

This deposit will be returned to the Lessee 48 hours after the checkout, provided that the accommodation is returned to its original condition upon return of the keys.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE LESSEE

Animals and tobacco consumption are not allowed in the accommodation.

No noise likely to disturb the neighbors.

Use of the Internet in compliance with the Hadopi laws.

The Lessee may not exercise any recourse against the Lessor in case of theft and damage in the accommodation.

The Lessee can not exercise any right against the Lessor in the event of theft and damage to the accommodation.

5. INTERNET ACCESS

«The Lessee, with access to the internet, undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games, without authorization. The Lessee is informed that file-sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically make downloaded files available. If file-sharing software has been used to download protected works, it is therefore preferable to disable it.

The Lessee is also required to comply with the security policy defined by the Lessor as well as the rules for use of the network and computer equipment.

It is recalled in this regard that the holder of an internet access, in this case the Lessor, is required to secure this access so that it is not used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, under penalty of incurring criminal liability.

This responsibility of the access holder in no way excludes that of the Lessee, who may be accused of an infringement (article L. 335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code).

5. INTERNET ACCESS

«The Lessee, on access to the Internet, undertakes not to use this access for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or communicating to the public works or objects protected by copyright the author or a neighboring right, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works, audiovisual works, software and video games without authorization. The Taker is informed that a sharing software, when connected to the internet, can automatically download downloaded files. If a sharing software has been used to download protected works, it is best to disable it.

The Lessee is also obliged to comply with the security policy defined by the Lessor as well as with the rules of use of the network and the computer equipment.

It is recalled in this connection that the owner of an access to the Internet in this case of the Lessor is obliged to secure this access so that it is not used for the purposes of reproduction, representation, making available or of communication to the public of works or objects protected by copyright or by a neighboring right, under penalty of incurring criminal responsibility.

This responsibility of the holder of the access in no way excludes that of the Lessee who may be charged with an offense of counterfeiting (Article L. 335-3 of the Code of Intellectual Property) ».

 

6. CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the total amount of the reservation if they cancel within the 7 days preceding arrival.
