Upstairs, two bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed. A third family bedroom offers a double bed, two single beds and a baby bed. An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete this floor, which also provides two living areas that promote everyone's privacy as well as a fitness room.
An independent 20 m² studio with a shower room provides extra autonomy, ideal for hosting guests or offering additional comfort to certain members of the group. The villa's maximum capacity is 12 people.
The house is fully air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort year-round. Two large terraces allow you to fully enjoy the tropical climate: one facing the pool and garden, the other at the rear with a barbecue area overlooking a pleasant lawn. The property also allows secure parking for several vehicles inside.

For your comfort, the villa is carefully prepared before each arrival: all bed linen is provided. Hotel-quality sheets, bath and hand towels, as well as dish towels for the kitchen
