What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is possible from 3:00 PM and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be completed no later than 11:00 AM. However, we can arrange different check-in/check-out times if needed.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bath towels are always provided.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals very much but they are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.
Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.
1 - Purpose
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental site. By booking accommodation on our site, you accept these General Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2 - Reservation and Payment
The reservation becomes effective upon booking.
3 - Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
4 - Arrival and Departure
Accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5 - Use of the Premises
The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance caused to the neighborhood may result in the immediate termination of the rental without refund.
6 - Security Deposit
A security deposit will be taken before arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is noted.
7 - Liability
We decline all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the tenant's personal belongings. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themself or their companions during the rental period.
8 - Disputes
Any dispute concerning the execution or interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of the location of the rented property.
