What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in (arrival to the apartment) is possible from 4:00 PM and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done by 11:00 AM at the latest. We can, however, make arrangements if you need to change the check-in/check-out times.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bath towels are always provided.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals very much but they are unfortunately not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.
Is smoking allowed in the villa?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, but you may smoke on the terrace or outdoors.
The end-of-stay cleaning fees included in your booking also cover laundry costs.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental site. By booking accommodation on our site, you unreservedly accept these GTCS.
2 - Booking and Payment
The booking becomes effective upon reservation.
3 - Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing.
4 - Arrival and Departure
The accommodation is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
5 - Use of the Premises
The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any nuisance caused to neighbors may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
6 - Security Deposit
A security deposit of €1000 will be taken prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided no damage is found.
7 - Liability
We disclaim any responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to the tenant's personal belongings. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions during the rental period.
8 - Disputes
Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these GTC shall be submitted to the competent court of the location of the rented property.
